We are looking for a CRM and growth marketer to join the marketing team and support long-term, omni-channel growth initiatives. This role combines deep CRM execution (emails, WhatsApp, SMS, push) with cross-channel growth projects across the marketing funnel. You will work closely with product, design, growth and content teams to build journeys, run experiments, and ensure consistent communication across the user lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own CRM execution across email, SMS, WhatsApp and web push for campaigns, journeys and lifecycle nudges.
- Write, manage and optimise CRM communication across all channels - ensuring clarity, relevance and strong storytelling.
- Segment cold, warm and active audiences to drive activation, engagement and reactivation.
- Build, test and iterate CRM journeys using tools like WebEngage, ensuring consistent delivery and high-quality execution.
- Track engagement metrics (open rates, click-through, activation, adoption) and generate weekly reports.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimise campaigns and identify the most effective strategies.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Growth Opportunities
- Pick up cross-funnel growth and project management projects - from TOF campaigns to MOF experiments - and drive them to successful execution in collaboration with SEO, product, brand, and performance teams.
- Support live events, webinars and workshops, helping drive attendance, follow-ups and post-event engagement.
- Contribute to new IPs, performance sprints or brand campaigns as part of org-level initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
- Experience in WebEngage/MoEngage/CleverTap or equivalent CRM tools.
- Startup or education-space experience is a plus.
