Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Architect to define and drive the architecture of next-generation automotive software platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Embedded Systems, Automotive Software Architecture, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud Integration, AUTOSAR, Connectivity, and Vehicle Domain Architecture.
The candidate will lead the transformation from traditional ECU-based architectures to centralized and software-defined vehicle platforms, enabling continuous feature deployment, connectivity, OTA updates, and cloud-native vehicle services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end SDV architecture for next-generation connected vehicles.
- Design scalable automotive software platforms leveraging centralized compute and HPC architectures.
- Lead architectural decisions across vehicle domains, including ADAS, Infotainment, Body Electronics, Powertrain, and Connectivity.
- Develop service-oriented and middleware-based software architectures.
- Drive integration of vehicle systems with cloud platforms and digital services.
- Define strategies for software deployment, OTA updates, diagnostics, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, product teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity and functional safety standards.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across global programs.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems and Software Architecture.
- Strong experience in Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Architecture.
- Expertise in Embedded C/C++, Linux, RTOS, and Automotive Middleware.
- Hands-on experience with HPC (High Performance Computing) platforms and centralized vehicle computing architectures.
- Strong understanding of Automotive E/E Architecture.
- Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- Knowledge of Automotive Communication Protocols:
- CAN
- CAN-FD
- LIN
- Ethernet
- SOME/IP
- DoIP
- Experience in cloud integration using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of OTA Software Updates, Diagnostics, and Vehicle Connectivity.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Software Lifecycle Management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ADAS, Autonomous Driving, or Digital Cockpit platforms.
- Exposure to Hypervisors, Containers, and Virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of Vehicle OS and Central Compute platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled automotive solutions.
- Familiarity with software product engineering and cloud-native architectures.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines.
