Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for SDS2 Professionals at our Coimbatore location. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and shop drawings using SDS2 and other relevant software, analyzing and interpreting complex structural drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure precision and alignment with project requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality checks, troubleshooting design issues, and adhering to project schedules and client expectations while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in SDS2 with knowledge of creating accurate 3D models and detailed shop drawings
- 6 months to 10+ years professional in SDS2
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Familiarity with BIM software tools, such as Revit and Navisworks, with an understanding of spatial coordination and 4D construction sequencing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality control skills in structural detailing and modeling
- Team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience working on projects such as hospitals, schools, warehouses, and industrial buildings is highly desirable
- Educational background in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field, is a plus
