Role Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for outbound calling to the US market, identifying potential clients, and helping them understand how our services can accelerate their job search.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent.
- Experience in US calling preferred.
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and follow structured sales processes.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of the US job market is a plus.
