About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and has exposure to Employer of Record (EoR), Global Payroll, or HR services.
You will play a critical role in building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through strategic outreach and engagement across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Execute high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads
- Manage and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Design and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Conduct qualification and discovery calls to assess client needs
- Support product demos and initial sales conversations when required
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and nurturing
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Required Skills & Experience- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / SDR / Outbound Sales
- Proven expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting (mandatory)
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales funnels
- Background in Employer of Record (EoR), Global Payroll, HR Services, or Staffing (preferred)
- Strong lead qualification and discovery skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Highly target-driven with a strong pipeline ownership mindset
