Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Leadschilly AI Location: Remote (Philippines Only) Base Salary: $300 - $400 USD / Month (Experience dependent) Variable: $50 USD per Qualified Meeting Booked + Attended Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (Aligns with Australian Business Hours)
The Mission
Leadschilly is an AI-powered Marketing & Sales platform. We are expanding into the Australian Real Estate market to help Buyer's Agents automate their lead engagement. We need a "Hunter" to identify prospects, engage them through cold outreach, and book demos on our calendar.
What you will do
- Sales target: Sales target to be achieved month on month.
- Outbound Prospecting: Use Apollo, LinkedIn, and Cold Email to find and contact Australian Buyer's Agents.
- Lead Qualification: Use our "Grand Slam" criteria to ensure every lead is a high-value opportunity.
- Appointment Setting: Manage the "Speed-to-Lead" conversation to book 15-minute demos.
- CRM Management: Keep our Leadschilly (GHL) dashboard updated with clinical precision.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English (Neutral accent).
- Experience: 1+ years in Outbound Sales or Appointment Setting (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a noise-canceling headset.
- Mindset: Self-managed, results-oriented, and ready to scale the business.
