🚀 We’re Hiring: SDR Manager / Team Lead – Sales Development (India Market)
📍 Location: Delhi, Onsite, Entirely work from office 5 days a week.
đź’Ľ Experience: 10+ Years
At Restroworks, we’re looking for a seasoned SDR Leader to build, scale, and lead a high-performing Sales Development team driving pipeline across the India market.
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy (Inbound + Outbound)
- Drive prospecting, qualification, and pipeline creation for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments
- Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and targeting strategies
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to align on revenue goals
- Coach team members on messaging, objection handling & communication
- Track performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Sales Development / Lead Generation
- Strong experience in India market (Enterprise + Mid-Market focus)
- Background in SaaS / Technology companies
- Proven track record of managing 15+ SDRs
- Hands-on with outbound & inbound motions
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
