About Our Client
Our Client is an AI-powered construction management platform trusted by 450+ companies across India and the UAE, including Amazon, ICICI Bank, LivSpace, and JSW Homes. Backed by Y Combinator, Stellaris, and Zacua Capital, we're building the operating system for construction - replacing fragmented WhatsApp threads, Excel sheets, and disconnected tools with a single platform that connects every stage of a project.
We're growing fast, and outbound is one of our primary GTM levers. This role is central to that.
The Role
We're looking for an Outbound SDR Lead who has done this before - built pipelines, managed a small team, and owned a metric. You'll run the outbound engine at Our Client: strategy, sequencing, team management, and execution. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the sales team to drive qualified pipeline into the funnel.
This is not a "manage up and delegate down" role. You'll be in the trenches coaching reps, reviewing copy, fixing conversion drop-offs, and holding the team accountable to weekly targets.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end outbound engine: channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling), tools, sequences, and cadences
- A team of 6-8 SDRs: hiring, onboarding, daily coaching, and performance management
- Weekly and monthly pipeline targets - you own the number, not just the activity
- Outbound ICP list-building and segmentation in partnership with marketing
- Sequence quality: you'll review and iterate on messaging, open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversion
- CRM hygiene: ensuring all outbound activity is logged accurately in HubSpot
- Reporting: weekly dashboards covering outreach volume, open/reply/meeting rates, and pipeline contribution
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales or SDR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or team management role
- Currently in a similar role — SDR Manager or Outbound Lead with team responsibilities
- Proven track record of hitting outbound pipeline targets, not just activity quotas
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach at scale (InMail campaigns, Sales Navigator), email sequencing tools, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong written communication - you can spot a weak subject line or a bloated email instantly
- Comfortable working with data: you track what matters and adjust based on it
- Familiarity with construction, real estate, or infra tech is a plus - not a must
What Good Looks Like at 90 Days
- Team is running a structured outbound cadence with clear weekly targets
- Sequence open and reply rates are benchmarked and improving
- You've identified the top 1-2 conversion bottlenecks and have a plan to fix them
- CRM is clean and reporting is reliable
