Why This Role Exist
We're scaling into the US and Middle East markets aggressively. What we need now are hungry, sharp callers who can pick up the phone, get past gatekeepers, and open real conversations with TA leaders, HR heads, and franchise operators in the US and Middle East. This isn't a "send 200 emails and pray" SDR role. This is a caller role — you'll be researching deeply, picking up the phone, and running highly personalized outreach on LinkedIn, email, and text to back up your calls
The Real Job
- Cold call every day. 40-60 conversations a week with US and Middle East prospects. This is the core of the rol
