Role Description
- Researching and identifying high-quality leads (ICP-based targeting)
- Outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold emails, and creative outreach
- Writing personalized and high-converting outreach messages
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales/founding team
- Managing and updating CRM with structured data
- Following up with prospects consistently (multi-touch approach)
- Experimenting with new outreach angles, hooks, and messaging
- Understanding customer pain points and mapping them to our product
What we are looking for
- Strong interest in B2B sales / SaaS / AI space
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Curiosity to understand customer problems deeply
- High ownership mindset — doesn’t wait for instructions
- Ability to handle rejection and iterate fast
- Organized and process-driven thinking
Bonus
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
- Interest in startup environments and building from 0→1
