Role Overview:
Own the full sales cycle across US/UK/Canada markets—from qualified leads to deal closure. This role requires strong closing ability, client interaction, and revenue ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Conduct client calls, demos, and requirement discussions
- Maintain pipeline and deal tracking in CRM
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of international sales / Account Executive experience
- Proven closing track record (mandatory)
- Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT services / SaaS preferred
- Comfortable working in target-driven environment
Good to Have:
- High-ticket deal experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
