📍 Location Requirement (Important)
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chennai (Perungudi).
We are prioritizing candidates who:
• Are currently based in Chennai, OR
• Can relocate to Chennai immediately

✅ Eligibility Checklist
Experienced Candidates:
• 2–5 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience preferred
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Comfortable with email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
Freshers:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in SaaS sales / business development
• Confident speaking with prospects and learning outbound sales
For All Candidates:
✔ Comfortable working US EST shift (4 PM – 2 AM)
✔ Willing to work from office in Perungudi, Chennai
✔ High ownership mindset and willingness to learn
🎯 Your Mission
Generate outbound pipeline opportunities for the North American market and support Account Executives by booking high-quality meetings.
🛠 What You’ll Do
• Run outbound campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video outreach
• Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on account strategies
• Maintain CRM hygiene and activity tracking
• Learn and contribute to modern outbound sales playbooks
