- Strong understanding of financial services / wealth management business models domain exp is a plus point
- Ability to quickly grasp business workflows, data dependencies, and downstream impacts.
- SDET‑level experience in backend and data testing.
- Proven experience with ETL, data migrations, and automated data validation.
- Hands‑on development using Python and/or Java to build data testing frameworks.
- Advanced SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with business users during UAT.
- Playwright experience is must
- Looks for a strong SDET with cloud (Azure) exp.
