Job Description

We is looking for a passionate SDET3 to join its full-time remote engineering team in India.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all new releases—including features, enhancements, and new products—meet strict standards of:

• Quality
• Reliability

You will play a critical ownership role, with the final say on build readiness and release confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Platform Ownership

• Own and continuously evolve the test automation platform
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and ease of use
• Improve platform efficiency for broader engineering teams
  
  

Framework Engineering

• Design and maintain robust automation frameworks across:
• UI
• API
• Backend layers
• Support reusable, maintainable, scalable test architecture
  

Internal QA Tooling

• Build and enhance internal QA tools
• Improve execution speed and test efficiency
• Enable better productivity for QA teams
  
  

Best Practices & Standards

• Drive adoption of:
• Automation best practices
• Coding standards
• Efficient test design patterns
  

Test Observability

• Implement and maintain systems for:
• Reporting
• Analytics
• Defect insights
• Failure trends
  

Performance & Scalability Testing

• Conduct:
• Performance testing
• Load testing
• Scalability validation
• Ensure critical features and services perform under stress
  

Infrastructure & Environments

• Develop and maintain test infrastructure

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years in software testing or automation
• Experience in:
• Web applications
• SaaS platforms
• Large-scale systems
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks such as:
• Playwright
• Cypress
• Selenium
  

Programming Skills

Strong Proficiency In

• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Python
  
  

Must be able to write scalable, maintainable automation code.

Infrastructure Knowledge

Hands-on Experience With

• Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI/CD
• Docker

Cloud Knowledge
