Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship role for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) specializing in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. As an SDE Intern, you will collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test web applications and APIs. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and secure code, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, you will work on implementing backend solutions, ensuring software quality, and integrating security protocols into the development process.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude
- Ability to work independently and in remote team settings
- Basic understanding of secure coding practices is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
