About the job
Build AI-powered radiology infrastructure at Medsee AI as a full-stack engineering intern. You'll work on ML pipelines, medical image indexing, APIs, and system design across text and visual data at scale. We move fast. You'll own real problems independently while collaborating closely with doctors, designers, and domain teams. About Medsee AI
We're rebuilding AI-native radiology reporting workflows from scratch.
Viewing. Thinking. Reporting. Every part of how a radiologist reads a scan today would be enhanced with new software and redesigned workflows built with AI at its core.
Duration: 3 months, starting April 2026
Compensation: ₹50,000 per month
Location: Bangalore (in-person)
Requirements
- Comfortable across the full stack: you think in systems and enjoy architecting around data (text and images)
- Hands-on with React, Node/Express, Python/FastAPI, and Postgres/MongoDB
- Comfortable with Docker and containers
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider for hosting and infra (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Excited by efficiency, AI capabilities, and serving data-heavy applications at scale
- Comfortable working alongside claude-code as part of your daily workflow
- Can debug, review, and iterate on AI-generated code
Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate AI/ML pipelines that serve inference for VLMs, CNNs, and LLMs
- Work on image indexing and retrieval for medical imaging
- Design APIs and systems that serve data-heavy applications at scale
- Model data across text and visual formats
- Convert ideas and whiteboard notes directly into code
- Stay independent but work closely with doctors, designers, and domain teams
This is a full-time in-person 3-month internship with a PPO opportunity, ideal for candidates graduating in 2026.
