Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for the role of Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern. The SDE Intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include back-end web development, implementing programming solutions, and working on object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable code. The intern will also contribute to various software development projects and learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science concepts
- Hands-on experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming languages and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and debug code
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in software engineering
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles or interest in the field is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
