Why this role matters
You won’t just be writing backend code—you’ll be building the core infrastructure powering AI-driven video experiences at scale. This role directly impacts product performance, scalability, and user experience.
What you will do
- Design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and APIs
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python
- Work with frameworks like Django / FastAPI to power production-grade systems
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams
- Debug complex issues and continuously improve system architecture
- Contribute to best practices, code quality, and engineering excellence
What we are looking for
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, OS, DBMS)
- Hands-on experience in backend development using Python
- Proficiency with Django and/or FastAPI
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Exposure to cloud environments is a plus
Must Haves
- Immediate to 30 days joiners only
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS, etc.)
