Role: Python Backend Developer (Python + Go + Kubernetes)
Experience: 4–8 Years

About The Role
We are looking for a
Python Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in
Python, Go, containerized applications, and Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building backend services, integrating observability tooling, and supporting
Kubernetes-based deployments.
This role requires a strong ownership mindset, excellent debugging skills, and the ability to work across backend, monitoring, and platform engineering areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and tooling using Python and Go, and the Gin framework.
- Build, package, and run applications using Docker.
- Build and optimize REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Use Postman for API testing and validation.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability using New Relic, Humio, and OpsRamp.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and reliable releases.
- Participate in incident investigation and implement long-term fixes.
- Write internal documentation, runbooks, and deployment instructions.
- Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
