You won’t just be writing backend code — you’ll be building the core infrastructure powering AI-driven video experiences at scale.
This role directly impacts Product performance, Platform scalability, System reliability, End-user experience
You’ll work on solving high-scale backend engineering challenges while collaborating closely with AI, product, and frontend teams.
- Design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and APIs
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable backend services using Python
- Work with frameworks like Django and Fast API to build production-grade systems
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Frontend teams
- Debug complex production issues and improve overall architecture
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence
- Participate in architecture discussions and backend system design decisions
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS
- Hands-on experience in backend development using Python
- Proficiency with Django and/or Fast API
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization
- Exposure to cloud environments is a plus
- Immediate to 30 days joiners only
- B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from Tier-1 institutes IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS, Equivalent to engineering institutes
