About The Role
As an
SDE 1, you''''''''ll take ownership from Day 1. You''''''''ll drive the engineering behind one of our core product tracks—solving complex challenges, writing clean, scalable code, and contributing to deploying production-grade systems powered by AI.
This is a highly customer-facing role. You''''''''ll not only be developing but also acting as a product manager—engaging with customers to understand their needs, challenging priorities, and driving better business outcomes.
In our lean team, your input will be critical. You''''''''ll have the opportunity to suggest and implement initiatives that improve how the company functions, impacting multiple areas.
After a year in this role, you''''''''ll have hands-on experience in building and launching innovative products from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the development of a key product track—end to end.
- Work on backend APIs, frontend integrations, data pipelines, or AI workflows—based on project needs and your interests.
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers and founders on system design and implementation strategy.
- Interact with clients, understand real-world constraints, and build solutions that work in production.
- Continuously improve your craft with code reviews, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge AI tools.

Who You Are
- B.Tech or M.Tech in CS or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong in Python and backend fundamentals
- Curious about system design and AI
- Strong communicator, with a bias towards execution

- Langchain, OpenAI APIs, LLMs

- Building a multi-agent career coaching assistant that guides users and automates job hunting
- Deploying a chatbot that generates employee performance reviews on-demand from HR data
- Designing an LLM pipeline to help Indian lawyers access precedents, statutes, and case law in seconds
