We are hiring at Dialflo!
We’re a lean team building Voice AI agents for ops-heavy businesses, and growing rapidly (In July, our Voice AI answered 50,000+ Calls)
Must Have:
- 2–5 years of backend software development experience
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Ability to design APIs, data models and backend services independently
- Experience with one backend language/framework (Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, Go, etc.)
- Ability to debug issues and take ownership of features end-to-end
Experience with STT, TTS, LLM or real-time systems is a plus, but you don't need to know everything coming in.
