Civil Superintendent

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
- Oversee site prep, concrete work, and heavy equipment operations
- Supervise Foremen and field crews to ensure productivity and quality
- Ensure work meets plans, specs, and project requirements
- Conduct daily site walks for progress, safety, and quality control
- Coordinate concrete pours, structural work, and material deliveries
- Enforce OSHA, DOT, and site safety standards
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Provide daily reports on progress, manpower, and job conditions
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman
- Strong background in civil/industrial construction and concrete work
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 required (additional certifications a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, project software)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
