Job Title: SD-WAN Customer Lifecycle Governance Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SD-WAN Customer Lifecycle Governance Engineer to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise SD-WAN customers. The role involves coordinating SD-WAN delivery, implementation, change management, service assurance, and customer governance while working with multiple internal teams, vendors, and customers.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one SD-WAN platform (Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN/Viptela, Versa, Fortinet, or Meraki) along with strong knowledge of underlay networking technologies such as MPLS, Internet Leased Line (ILL), Broadband, and VPN.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete SD-WAN customer lifecycle from order to service activation.
- Coordinate SD-WAN deployment and site onboarding activities.
- Track underlay circuit provisioning (MPLS, ILL, Broadband, Internet).
- Govern SD-WAN overlay implementation and site activation.
- Drive customer delivery milestones and ensure timely rollout.
- Coordinate with ISP, Field Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Teams.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for network and SD-WAN issues.
- Handle change management activities including planning, approvals, implementation, validation, and rollback.
- Monitor service health, SLA compliance, and customer experience.
- Maintain delivery trackers, project status reports, and governance dashboards.
- Conduct customer status meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure successful service acceptance and handover to operations.

- Good customer communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
