Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Stack Engineer with strong debugging and performance optimization skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain existing systems, fix bugs, resolve production issues, and continuously enhance application performance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, and must be an expert in debugging across the stack. Key Responsibilities:- Investigate, analyze, and fix bugs across frontend and backend codebases. Debug and resolve production issues with quick turnaround and root cause analysis. Improve performance of existing systems (both backend APIs and frontend UI). Collaborate with development teams to implement sustainable technical solutions. Optimize queries and ensure database efficiency using PostgreSQL. Participate in code reviews and suggest performance improvements. Contribute to documentation related to bug-fixes and improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 - 4 years of experience in full stack development and system maintenance. Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid backend development experience in Java Spring Boot. In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and query optimization. Expert in debugging production systems and troubleshooting real-time issues. Good understanding of performance tuning techniques and tools. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to Have:- Experience with unit/integration testing tools (JUnit, Jest) Experience with monitoring tools (Site 24*7, Grafana, Prometheus). Background in microservices and distributed systems. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
