Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily HR operations across our UK and India offices, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (UK & India)
- Oversee operations and recruitment processes to ensure seamless daily activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage compliance tasks, sponsorship processes, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the line manager.
Employee Engagement and Development (UK & India)
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support performance management processes and oversee annual appraisals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Compliance and Policies (UK & India)
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions with fairness.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Provide timely reports and actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
General Support
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws across the UK and India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
