Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily HR operations across our UK and India offices, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (UK & India)

  • Oversee operations and recruitment processes to ensure seamless daily activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage compliance tasks, sponsorship processes, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the line manager.

Employee Engagement and Development (UK & India)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support performance management processes and oversee annual appraisals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Compliance and Policies (UK & India)

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions with fairness.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Provide timely reports and actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

General Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws across the UK and India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
