Scrum Master (US Healthcare Data & Analytics)
Location: Bangalore and Gurugram (Onsite Work from the Office)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting enterprise US Healthcare Data & Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, Scrum practices, and healthcare technology projects, with experience managing Data Warehouse, ETL, Big Data, or Data Analytics programs.
This role requires a servant leader who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful sprint execution.
- Manage sprint planning, capacity planning, release planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, team capacity, and delivery performance.
- Drive Agile maturity across teams through mentoring, coaching, and process improvements.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, sprint goals, and delivery commitments.
- Support enterprise healthcare data initiatives involving Data Warehouse, ETL, Big Data, and Analytics platforms.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Strong experience supporting Data Warehouse, ETL, Big Data, or Data Analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools.
- Experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery governance.
- Strong experience in risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed Agile teams.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS, Data Engineering, or Healthcare Analytics environments.
- Experience with SAFe Agile practices and enterprise-scale Agile delivery.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
