About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Technology Project Manager with strong
Agile delivery experience to lead and manage end-to-end technology projects. The ideal
candidate should be a certified Scrum professional with proven expertise in driving Agile
practices, stakeholder collaboration, and timely project delivery.
Experience Required
- 7 – 12+ years of overall experience
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Technology Project Manager
- Proven experience managing cross-functional Agile teams
Mandatory Certification
- ✔ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile development teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,
Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile & Scrum best practices
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Business
Stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
- Track project progress, velocity, sprint metrics, and report to leadership
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile & Scrum frameworks
- Experience managing technology / software development projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced environments
Preferred Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice period
- Strong leadership and team facilitation skills
- Experience handling multiple Agile teams is a plus
