The Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is passionate about leading Scrum Teams to predictable delivery. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to coach and steward teams toward incremental improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Own and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and Sprint Review
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery of complex efforts
- Review and analyze Agile metrics to identify, propose, and implement team-level process improvements
- Ensure that teams are properly tracking and collecting all necessary data inputs.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Experience using Jira to drive Agile execution
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and across different organizational functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
