Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst with 10-12 years of experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery. This role requires a unique blend of strategic project leadership and hands-on analysis to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement, define and document requirements, oversee execution across the full SDLC, and ensure successful adoption of solutions. Project OverviewProject Name: MultipleKey Stakeholders & Beneficiaries: Enterprise Data Organization (Office of the CDAO), Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Operations, Global Business Finance.Objective: Manage delivery of multiple concurrent data and reporting related initiatives for the Enterprise Strategic Data Platform driving both scale and adoption. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in Sr level program management for a globally distributed team of developers and analysts tasked with the buildout of multiple data products which sit on top of the Enterprise data platform.Author and present initiative Return on Investment statements presented to the Enterprise CIO and COO for approvalStart to finish global initiative budget managementLead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams (5+ concurrent significant global initiatives)Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders; translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports for executive updates.Perform gap analyses, root cause investigations, and impact assessments to inform solution design.Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, and Change Management teams to ensure alignment across delivery phases.Oversee UAT planning and execution; ensure readiness for production deployment.Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes.Monitor project performance metrics, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Serve as a central liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring transparency and timely communication. QualificationsBachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related f ield.10+ years of combined experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles in the financial services sector and preferably with experience in an enterprise data program with a deep understanding of data engineering and Front Office workflows / reporting and operationsProven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the full SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex business processes into actionable requirements.Proficiency with AI tools usage such as Claud Cowork, OpenAI Chat GPT, Codex, Claude Code, VS Code, CursorProficiency with project and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Lucid chart).Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with finance-related datasets (Bank Accounts, Brokers, Funds, Portfolios, Products, Securities, Legal Entities).Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.Exposure to BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Next.js, React).Formal project management and/or business analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CSM).
