Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master – Data Foundation to lead Agile delivery for data initiatives, including GCP build, data quality, and data domain projects. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Agile delivery for data foundation initiatives
- Manage demand intake, prioritization, and backlog refinement
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Ensure alignment with quality, timelines, and business value
- Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in data or analytics projects
- Exposure to GCP, data quality, or data domain initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
