We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Master cum Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to facilitate Agile processes while also gathering and analyzing business requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Work Location : Noida and Bangalore

Experience : 2-3 years

Notice Period : 0-15

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
• Remove impediments and foster a productive team environment
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver solutions
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
• Maintain proper documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
• Experience in handling cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of basic data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
