About Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our Product Backport initiatives across various banking and technology applications. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery for teams focused on pro-actively identifying solutions delivered as part of product maintenance and strategic work that needs to be ported into multiple product releases, ensuring the quality of the released product improves.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more squad’s managing product and technology applications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices tailored to Product Backporting
- Work closely with Product Managers, Project and Service managers and Product Support Team
- Ensure timely delivery of porting and patching of identified solutions or new solutions relevant for the specific product release
- Manage dependencies and blockers related to DevOps, security, or infrastructure bottlenecks
- Maintain agile metrics, reporting, and documentation in tools like JIRA and Confluence
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with exposure to technology maintenance/support environments
- Strong understanding of software patching and porting lifecycle
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile delivery in DevOps-driven or production-support context
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and GitLab
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
