Job Description – Business Analyst / Scrum Master
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst / Scrum Master to help lead the successful delivery and go-live of our Digital Agency Platform — a next-generation SaaS solution for syndicated loans, agency operations, drawdowns, notices, cash flows, payments, and lifecycle management.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, process, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the delivery readiness of the Agency platform in coordination with Product, Technology, QA, and Business teams
- Translate business workflows into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and sprint-ready requirements
- Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution tracking
- Act as Scrum Master / delivery coordinator to ensure development, QA, and UAT teams remain aligned and unblock issues quickly
- Maintain a detailed go-live tracker, ensuring all open items, dependencies, defects, and readiness milestones are actively managed
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and bank users to support UAT preparation, testing, change requests, and business sign-off
- Ensure key workflows such as drawdowns, notices, calculations, payments, and reconciliation are fully documented and execution-ready
- Bring discipline to sprint governance, status reporting, issue escalation, and release planning
- Help bridge the gap between business expectations and technical execution
Ideal Candidate Profile- 5–10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Product Delivery Lead / Scrum Master
- Preferably Strong experience working on banking, loan operations, lending, agency, treasury, or financial SaaS platforms
- Comfortable managing both requirements quality and delivery execution
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery practices
- Excellent at creating user stories, BRDs, workflows, test scenarios, and readiness trackers
- Able to work in a fast-moving founder-led product environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across business, product, tech, QA, and external stakeholders
