Job Description: Project management /Scrum Master
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Project Management / Scrum Associate to support the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple technology and IoT-related projects. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in project management, Agile/Scrum practices, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities:-
- Assist in managing and tracking multiple ongoing projects and sprints
- Support the Scrum Master in sprint planning and execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and track task progress
- Maintain and update project tracking tools such as Jira
Prepare:-
- Daily / weekly status reports
- Project timelines
- Risk and dependency trackers
- Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and highlight delays or blockers
- Support project documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Assist in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and escalating issues when required
Qualification & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in - Business Administration(BA), Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of team coordination and task tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Interest in technology, software development, or IoT projects
Preferred Candidates:-
- Candidates with academic projects, certifications, or exposure to Agile / Scrum / Project Management
- Internship or project experience in tech or coordination roles is an advantage
