Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, driving sprint execution, improving Agile maturity, and ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical teams.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Agile & Scrum methodology
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
- Jira / Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting
- Backlog refinement and sprint execution
- Agile metrics tracking (Velocity, Burndown, Burnup)
- Risk, dependency & stakeholder management
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices
- Work closely with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and sprint readiness
- Track sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
- Remove blockers impacting team delivery
- Monitor Agile KPIs and share project status with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action tracking
- Coordinate with business, QA, and development teams for timely delivery
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with multiple Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to QA / Data / Cloud / Software projects preferred
- Scrum certification is an added advantage
