💼 Experience: 5+ Years

Key Requirements:- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably GCP – Google Cloud Platform)
- Proven experience handling cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
🎯
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives
- Remove blockers and enable teams to achieve sprint goals
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of Agile processes
- Coach and guide teams on Agile best practices
