Role Summary
SANeForce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Scrum Master to facilitate Agile project execution and ensure the effective delivery of sprint objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Scrum practices, sprint planning, team coordination and Agile governance, along with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Drive sprint execution by monitoring progress, addressing impediments, and ensuring timely achievement of sprint goals
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization and sprint readiness
- Track and report Agile performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for Agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings
- Promote adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices across the team
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project coordination role
- Proven hands-on experience in Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Agile delivery management
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) will be an added advantage
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, or Azure DevOps
