Sr Scrum Master

Location: Remote in India
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and coordinate multiple projects while ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices, support delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Experience in healthcare or medical device manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage project backlogs.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that may impact team productivity or project timelines.
- Ensure teams follow Agile best practices while adapting to hybrid or Waterfall methodologies when required.
- Provide regular status updates, project reporting, and risk management to leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration across projects.
- Track project progress using Agile tools and project management frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through Agile practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Medical Device Manufacturing environments Is preferred.
- Exposure to Waterfall or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
