Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master for a full-time, on-site position based in our Gurugram office. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning, manage agile ceremonies, and ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in creating detailed user stories, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to uphold agile principles and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sprint Planning and managing agile workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas for optimization
- Exceptional Communication skills to build collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Experience in defining and maintaining detailed User Stories
- Knowledge of Software Development practices and methodologies, particularly agile frameworks like Scrum
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar Scrum Master or project management role is highly desirable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certification is preferred
