We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and enable high-performing teams. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering value-driven outcomes, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
- Ensure alignment of Sprint goals with team capacity
- Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
- Track progress, risks, and key metrics to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile PMO, and Program Managers for governance and reporting
- Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile practices
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) preferred
