Title - Scrum Master
Shift timings – US shift (5:30pm to 02:30am IST)
Experience: 15-18 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred (Btechs are preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, guide Scrum teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and resolve blockers affecting team progress.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and team performance metrics.
- Promote collaboration among developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective sprint execution and timely delivery of quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage conflicts, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
