Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Hyderabad. The Scrum Master will oversee agile processes within the team, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include creating and managing user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of agile practices. The Scrum Master will also work to remove impediments, foster team communication, and facilitate continual improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and defining User Stories
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project and team performance
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder management
- Understanding of Software Development processes and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA or other project-tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
