Scrum Master
Job Summary: The Scrum Master is responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects. They will use project management methodologies and practices to achieve efficiency, transparency, and high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the Scrum Master will report project statuses to the CEO and prepare reports and proposal agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities, and provide support to help them complete tasks on time.
- Task Completion: Oversee project tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure that team members complete their work according to agreed-upon timelines.
- Reporting: Regularly report project statuses, progress, and potential issues to the CEO, keeping them informed and making data-driven recommendations.
- Document Preparation: Create and manage project-related documents, including reports, proposal agreements, and project plans..
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in document preparation and reporting.
