- There is a stability agreement of 18 months.

About
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support business, operations, and cross-functional teams by enabling effective Agile practices and removing delivery impediments. The role focuses on fostering collaboration, improving team efficiency, and ensuring structured execution through lean, outcome-driven processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Task Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Task Reviews, and Retrospective
- Enable and scale Agile practices across business, operations, and support functions
- Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework, and lean execution principles
- Remove impediments related to processes, dependencies, communication gaps, and cross-team coordination
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear, well-defined, and actionable work items
- Support teams in breaking down work into manageable, value-driven deliverables
- Track and improve delivery metrics such as predictability, cycle time, quality, and team productivity
- Promote continuous improvement while keeping processes simple, structured, and outcome-focused
- Ensure transparency and effective reporting through dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics
- Foster collaboration across business functions including operations, sales, HR, marketing, and support teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar coordination/governance role
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams
- Ability to adapt Agile practices based on team maturity and business requirements
- Strong facilitation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to simplify processes and eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution discipline and accountability
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) preferred
