Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Scrum Master for an on-site position based in Abroad. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Sprint Planning, leading daily stand-ups, overseeing the creation and management of user stories, and supporting the software development teams in adhering to Agile principles. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify and remove impediments, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and backlog prioritization to ensure smooth workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess team progress, anticipate challenges, and suggest improvements
- Exceptional Communication skills to foster collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Experience with developing and managing User Stories and requirements documentation
- Understanding of Software Development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams in Agile practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
