Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master | Hyderabad 10+yrs to lead Agile delivery and drive efficient project execution within the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and tracking performance metrics.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence across teams
- Track and analyze Agile metrics using JIRA to improve team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog grooming and prioritization
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Agile metrics and reporting using JIRA
- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to API and Microservices architecture
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
