Position: Scrum Master – Automation Projects
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India – Hybrid Mode

Role: Scrum Master – Automation Projects
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- At least 2 years of experience working on automation/RPA projects
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools is highly preferred
- Proven experience in project coordination, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile practices across automation projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring smooth collaboration between development, QA, and business teams. You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and delivering automation initiatives aligned with business goals.
