Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, oversee sprint planning processes, and ensure effective collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include removing obstacles and facilitating problem resolution, guiding the creation and refinement of user stories, and supporting the software development process while keeping teams aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sprint Planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and refining User Stories
- Solid understanding of Software Development processes and lifecycles
- Exceptional Communication and Analytical Skills to ensure team alignment and resolve challenges effectively
- Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and foster collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications is preferred
- Experience working in a remote and multicultural environment is an advantage
