Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scrum Master role based in Mumbai. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices within the team to enhance collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include organizing and scheduling sprint planning sessions, enabling smooth execution of sprints, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members to ensure adherence to Agile principles, and resolving blockers to ensure timely delivery of software development projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and User Stories creation to ensure effective project delivery
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities for problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with Software Development processes and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent certification) is preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus
